La formalidad: En derecho es un elemento sumamente importante, de hecho la formalidad hace parte de los requisitos que dan validez a determinados actos, el presente artículo pretende abordar la importancia que tiene para los comerciantes formalizar la toma de sus decisiones y debe quedar claro que cuando hablamos de la formalidad en la toma de las decisiones, no precisamente estamos hablando de registrar todas las decisiones tomadas por los comerciantes ante la Cámara de Comercio para cumplir con el requisito de publicidad.
