Con la aprobada Ley de financiamiento, se creó el RÉGIMEN DE
TRIBUTACIÓN SIMPLE (RST), con la búsqueda de impulsar la
formalización y simplificar el cumplimiento de las cargas
tributarias para los contribuyentes, tanto personas naturales como
jurídicas en impuestos de: Renta, IVA, Consumo e Industria y
Comercio. Ahora bien, el 13 de agosto de 2019, nace el Decreto
1468 que reglamentó el RST y dio claridad a muchos interrogantes
existentes sobre el manejo tributario del mismo, fechas de
cumplimiento, detalle de actividades económicas que podrían
acogerse y demás. Por lo que a continuación se indican algunos de
los cambios en los aspectos tributarios más relevantes para los
contribuyentes que se acogieron a este nuevo régimen:
