Las sociedades comienzan con un<br \/>\nacuerdo de voluntades de los socios o accionistas, acuerdos estos que implican la adquisici\u00f3n de obligaciones y la obtenci\u00f3n de<br \/>\nderechos aprobaci\u00f3n de la reforma tributaria Ley 2010 (Ley de Crecimiento) en diciembre de 2019, reforma tributaria que se tramit\u00f3 como consecuencia de la declaratoria de inexequibilidad de la Ley 1943 de 2018 (Ley de financiamiento), por parte de la Corte Constitucional, con el fin de hacer claridad de las implicaciones en el pago de impuestos de las personas naturales, a continuaci\u00f3n se\u00f1alamos algunos aspectos que trae esta nueva reforma, los  cuales fueron tratados en la entrada de la Ley 1943, as\u00ed:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- .entry-summary -->\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- itemprop=\"text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La formalidad: En derecho es un elemento sumamente importante, de hecho la formalidad hace parte de los requisitos que dan validez a determinados actos, el presente art\u00edculo pretende abordar la importancia que tiene para los comerciantes formalizar la toma de sus decisiones y debe quedar claro que  cuando hablamos de la formalidad en la toma de las decisiones, no precisamente estamos hablando de registrar todas las decisiones tomadas por los comerciantes ante la C\u00e1mara de Comercio para cumplir con el requisito de \/>\nsancion\u00f3 la Ley 2010 de 2019, llamada Ley de Crecimiento<br \/>\nEcon\u00f3mico la cual est\u00e1 enfocada a:<br \/>\n\u2022 Seguir impulsando el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y crea las bases<br \/>\npara reducir la desigualdad y cerrar sus brechas.<br \/>\n\u2022 Vincular temas de tipo social, como la devoluci\u00f3n del IVA<br \/>\npara 2,8 millones de hogares de escasos recursos; tres d\u00edas<br \/>\nsin IVA al a\u00f1o; la reducci\u00f3n de cotizaci\u00f3n en salud del 12 al<br \/>\n4% para los pensionados m\u00e1s vulnerables e incentivos a las<br \/>\nempresas que creen puestos de trabajo para j\u00f3venes de<br \/>\nentre 18 y 28 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- .entry-summary -->\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- wp-show-posts-inner --><\/article><article class=\"
